A study published in the journal Gastroenterology found that H2 reduced oxidative stress and improved symptoms in patients with ulcerative colitis, a type of inflammatory bowel disease (Mizuno et al., 2013). Another study published in the journal World Journal of Gastroenterology found that H2 improved symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia, a type of irritable bowel syndrome (Matsumoto et al., 2013).

In addition to its potential health benefits, molecular hydrogen is also a safe and environmentally friendly gas. It is non-toxic and does not produce harmful by-products when it is used or metabolized in the body.

Overall, molecular hydrogen has a wide range of potential health benefits and is a safe and environmentally friendly option for improving overall well-being. While more research is needed to fully understand the effects of H2 on the human body, the current evidence suggests that it may be a valuable tool for improving health and preventing disease.
